COP28 in the UAE has granted entry to numerous individuals, including bankers, consultants, lobbyists, and 20 housekeepers. This event witnessed the convergence of oil and gas executives . According to the analysis made by the Financial Times of a provisional UN list of attendees, the UAE presidency has extended invitations to over 9,000 individuals to the formal business area known as the "blue zone."
